1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SikaPay's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

SikaPay provides payment processing services that enable merchants to accept Mobile Money payments and process payouts in Ghana. Our services include:

  • Payment processing for MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, and AirtelTigo Money
  • Payout services to mobile wallets and bank accounts
  • Merchant dashboard and analytics
  • API access for integration

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are clearly displayed on our pricing page. Fees are deducted from each transaction before settlement. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use SikaPay for:

  • Illegal activities or fraudulent transactions
  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Sale of prohibited goods or services
  • Activities that violate applicable laws

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

7. Limitation of Liability

SikaPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
